 Silver Forecast For Year

Silver To Trade Between $80 To $90 In 2026

Silver gained 20% during January and around 10% in February, which shows the precious metal is off to a good start. If we look back, the rally in the Silver has been going strong since the year 2025.

This also makes one wonder what's behind the strength in the Silver prices? According to analysts, the key reason behind the Silver rally was due to the positioning.

Silver Prices To Remain Volatile

Silver is usually more volatile and aggressive than Gold, mainly due to the small market size. Also, the speculative participation is heavy in the Silver market as compared to the Gold market. So, even a little change in the investors' sentiment can lead to big moves in the Silver prices.

According to various analysts, the Silver prices will stay between $80 - $90 in 2026. Meanwhile, J.P. Morgan believes that supply constraints and the strong demand will continue to support the Silver market.

J.P. Morgan has set an average price of $81 for the Silver in 2026. However, the bank added that the precious metal can easily cross these levels if inflows increase.

Meanwhile, Deutsche Bank is more bullish and has set a target of $100 by the end of 2026. They added that the higher Silver prices will be accompanied by strength in other precious metals.

In fact, Deutsche Bank believes that Silver can easily outperform Gold if we see another bull cycle in the metals market.

UBS also stays bullish on Silver based on higher demand in the solar energy sector. They also added that supply deficits will remain a dominant theme in the Silver market this year.

One analyst also added that Silver is now the ideal asset when it comes to investment demand and industrial demand. So, Silver can now behave as a financial asset and a commodity.

The overall sentiment for the Silver prices is bullish, and almost everyone thinks the demand will remain high this year. The general consensus is that Silver can stay between $80 to $90, while some think it can go as high as $100.
