As of now, around 60% of Amazon's operating income is coming from AWS. So, higher growth in AWS will easily translate to higher revenue. It is not rocket science to figure out that this will also send Amazon's stock price higher in the coming years.

Nvidia

Nvidia remains at the top in terms of market cap. Despite this, it is still one of the best AI stocks to buy. Nvidia's earnings during Q2 have beaten the Wall Street forecasts.

Nvidia's revenue during Q2 went up by 106% y/y. And let's not forget that Nvidia remains the largest company in the world in terms of market cap. This makes Nvidia's feat of doubling its revenue even more impressive.

Of course, there is fear that demand for GPUs might slow down in the future. However, Nvidia's results clearly show that these fears have no substance.

For FY 2028, Nvidia management is expecting a revenue growth of 70%. So, it is clear that things are looking really good for Nvidia in the next few years.

So, yet another AI stock that is a must-buy is Nvidia. It continues to post strong results, and there are not that many companies that can match Nvidia's scale.
