So, it also makes sense for Bitcoin investors to have a 4-year investment horizon. History tells us that Bitcoin is likely to give a positive return over any 48-month period. This statement is based on the historical performance and the past cycles.

But if you look even beyond that, you wouldn't have to worry about most of the price swings. Another thing to remember is that Bitcoin adoption is increasing. Although it is slow, it is happening.

Standard Chartered thinks Bitcoin will be near $500,000 by 2030. This is based on improved ETF inflows and maturity of the digital asset.

The Coinbase CEO has set a very bullish target of $1 million for Bitcoin (BTC). If we look at these forecasts from banks and big industry names, it is clear that everyone is bullish on Bitcoin.

So for Bitcoin investors, the only thing they can do to maximize their gains is to have a long-term investment horizon.
