Two Hypergrowth Tech Stocks To Consider

The year 2026 will be as pivotal for the tech stocks as the year 2025. Everyone agrees that the main themes in the tech sector will be AI, cloud computing, and data infrastructure.

With that in mind, we have picked two tech stocks that are highly likely to experience hypergrowth in the year 2026:

Palantir

The first name is Palantir (PLTR), which is slowly diversifying its client base. In the start, their business was heavily reliant on the government contracts. They were providing the AI software to the government.

But the Q3 data shows a 121% increase in revenue from the US commercial sector. In addition, the revenue growth of Palantir was recorded at 63% y/y. This is a clear sign that Palantir has successfully diversified its income sources.

According to analysts, the growth in revenue was mainly driven by the AIP or artificial intelligence platform. The company is also offering a 5-day workshop for the enterprise customers. This strategy was so successful that the sales cycle has been reduced from 6-9 months to just a few weeks.

The only downside is that the P/E ratio of Palantir is more than 400. However, that shouldn't be a problem provided that Palantir continues to have a steady growth rate.

Nvidia

NVIDIA remains the best tech stock there is and has managed to become an integral part of the AI infrastructure. The valuation of Nvidia is already near $4.6 trillion, which is the largest market cap for any company.

In the last 5 years, the stock price of Nvidia has increased by 1350%. Looking ahead, analysts think there's ample room for growth considering the AI is still in its early stages.

The quarterly earnings report also showed that Nvidia made a revenue of almost $57 billion. That's an increase of around 62% when compared with the last year.

The only challenge for Nvidia is more competition from other firms, and AMD is a prime example of that. Although AMD is still far away from Nvidia, it has already started to spread its wings.
