Where Is Nvidia Headed In 5 Years?

It wouldn't be wrong to say that Nvidia has been leading the stock market since 2023. Although we can find several other stocks that outperformed Nvidia, none of them have as big a market cap as Nvidia.

But we must also understand that Nvidia has to replicate its past growth in the coming years. Failure to do so means Nvidia will be left behind in the AI race, and that will eventually show up in the stock price.

Nvidia's Revenue Will Cross $1 Trillion

It is very clear that we have yet to understand how much computing power is required to run a world powered by AI. That's why all the major AI hyperscalers are spending a record amount of money on AI infrastructure.

Looking ahead, analysts think that spending on AI infrastructure will remain high till 2030. So, if Nvidia can manage to stay a top player, it will benefit the most from this spending on AI infrastructure.

In 2025, around $600 billion was spent on global data centers, and that will reach $3 trillion - $4 trillion in 2030. That's a lot of growth, and it could allow Nvidia to get annual revenue of $1 trillion.

For FY2026, analysts think the revenue will be $213 billion. So based on that, it appears that Nvidia is getting 36% of the total spending on data centers. So, there's a good chance that Nvidia could get a revenue of $1.24 trillion by 2030.

However, we must also understand that all the big chip companies are making tall projections like this. But given the fact that Nvidia is a top chipmaker, it is in good shape to capture a big portion of the pie.

So, the chances of Nvidia achieving an annual revenue of $1 trillion by 2030 are very high. But, all of this depends on the fact that AI demand will continue to rise in the next 5 years.

As for the Nvidia share price, a lot of analysts think that it will be around $800 - $850 by year 2030.
