Nebius (Nbis) Stock Gained More Than 200% This Year

While everyone's talking about Nvidia, there are other stocks like Nebius that continue to deliver unbelievable returns. In just one year, the stock has gained an upside of 200% and the revenue is also through the roof!

As per the data, the company's revenue increased by 355% during Q3. However, the losses increased as the company ramped up its spending on data centers and buying new GPUs ,which will be used for AI.

Nebius To Provide Ai Infrastructure To Meta

Nebius has also made a new deal with Meta in which it will provide AI infrastructure worth $3 billion. The Meta is also going big on AI and plans to improve its own LLM in an attempt to compete against other tech companies.

So, we can't ignore the fact that the revenues have improved by 355%. So, the moment Nebius scales back on its investments, the revenue will only improve.

Overall, Nebius had a net loss of around $119.7, which is basically nothing! Similarly, the adjusted net loss was around $100.4 million, which is quite an increase from the earlier value of $39.7 million.

According to the management of Nebius, they have already sold all the available capacity. That's why the company is planning to add around 1 gigawatt of connected power by the end of 2026.

The company also added that its run rate revenue on an annual basis will $7 billion - $9 billion by the end of 2026. If that happens, it would be a big development for Nebius.

But the biggest news for Nebius is its deal with Meta Platforms. Earlier, they made a deal with Microsoft as well, which clearly shows that Nebius is now trusted by even established players.

By 2033, experts believe that the AI market size will grow to $3.5 trillion. So, all of this means a massive opportunity for Nebius, which is a major data center provider.

So, if you want a company that sells shovels in the AI gold rush, then Nebius stock can be a good option, as they rent out AI data centers.
