We found 11 online brokers that are appropriate for Trading Bitcoin Investment Platforms.
Do you want to use your cryptocurrency just like you use FIAT (cash)? In that case, all you need is a Bitcoin debit card! It works just like any other bank-issued debit card and can be used at stores, online shopping, and for drawing cash from ATMs.
Your cryptocurrency will remain stored in the online account. Once you make a purchase with the card, crypto will be converted into FIAT currency at the current conversion rate. Once it is converted, it can be used for any type of transaction. The whole process happens instantly, meaning that your card will function just like any normal card.
Crypto based debit cards was an idea that served a valid need. People wanted to spend their crypto coins but only a limited number of outlets or online stores were accepting them. With this in mind, how one can use their crypto to conduct day-to-day transactions? The answer was a crypto debit card.
Today we will take a look at some of the best cards offered by various companies:
BlockCard is a VISA-issued debit card and the company behind it is Ternio. The reason for selecting BlockCard as the best card was due to its low fee. Instead of charging a fee on each deposit, withdrawal, and transaction, you only have to pay a flat monthly fee.
People who make several transactions a day will find this 'monthly fee' model very attractive. It makes sense to pay a fixed fee every month and then have peace of mind. It means no longer needing to check for fees each time you make a transaction.
Pros:Ternio is a USA-based company. Their product 'BlockGuard' offers seamless transactions via VISA-based debit card.
The company only charges a $10 activation fee when you first activate the card. After that, it is just a $5 per month administration fee and that's about it. There is no additional hidden fee on deposits, exchange, or using debit cards in stores. It only charges a $3 ATM fee for ATM cash withdrawals.
If a user spends more than $750 per month, then that administration fee is also waived off.
For cashback, users can get 1%-6% as a cashback in form of cryptocurrency. Major crypto-assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, etc. are supported.
Coinbase is a famous crypto exchange and is considered one of the best. They also offer a crypto debit card to their clients which can be used all over the world. The card is issued by VISA and can be used at any place with a VISA logo.
There is no issuance fee for US customers. While the clients from Europe and the UK must pay a 4.95 € or £4.95 fee for card issuance. Unlike BlockCard, Coinbase debit card has various fees such as a withdrawal fee (1% if you go over the daily limit), a 2.49% crypto liquidation fee, and a 2% fee for using the card abroad.
Pros:Unlike other companies which are offering a debit card, BlockFi plans to launch a Bitcoin credit card. What makes BlockFi unique from other options is that they are offering a credit card as well as amazing cashback.
According to available information, users will get 1.5% cashback in the form of BTC on every purchase. Additional rewards will also be given to the customers for using the card, making it a really good crypto card.
Just like the 2 cards listed above, this one is also issued by VISA.
BlockFi charges an annual fee of $200 for its card.
Pros:This is also another great choice, offered by a famous crypto platform called Wirex. Some of the benefits of Wirex debit cards are cashback, low fees, bonus on referrals, and support of 19 cryptocurrencies.
There are no fees for issuance or transactions. Wirex only charges a 1% fee on funding the account. For example, if you deposit $100 worth of BTC, you will only be charged $1.
Pros:This is a US-based company and it offers a VISA debit card. The only downside to this card is that it is for USA residents only. Although the card can be used anywhere in the world, it is only issued to USA residents. This crypto card offers amazing cashback, competitive fees, and no conversion fee (if used in the USA).
